Melinda was raised in an entrepreneurial family and her education and career has been pursued accordingly. With strengths in big picture thinking, her ability to execute the big picture is supported by her ability as a taskmaster and people managing skills.

Melinda overseas post production and deliverables (both legal and production) for the Cartel. She also handles all studio operations of the Cartel Studio Complex.
